The Forever Fit program is for adults 55 and older. Exercise is one of the best things you can do for your health. It can help you take charge of your health and maintain the level of fitness necessary for an active, independent lifestyle. Our class keeps motivation alive while also providing a source of fun, stress relief and a place to meet friends. Below is the class structure:

Warm up ~ Cardio ~ Strength Training ~ Core ~ Flexibility ~ Cool Down.

Our current session runs 8/1/16 through 9/9/16.


Wear light clothing and comfortable sneakers that provide good support.
Bring a set of light weights (1-5 lbs), WATER, and a yoga mat.
Have Fun!

Classes run Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings. 8:30-9:45 AM. Sessions run for 6 weeks. 

Drop-in fee is just $5 per class! $50 for all 6 weeks.

Pickleball takes place on Thursday nights from 6-8pm at the RES gym.
